Payments by credit card are carried out under the protection of Redsys and the SSL secure server of the Bank.
At the time of purchase, and once that is forwarded to the bank to make the payment gateway, the system asks for the number and the expiration date of the Credit Card.
The process ends when you are returned to the page that prompted the payment was successful and sent to the store.
Shipments within Spain are carried through Correos Express with a cost of 3,95€ while within Europe we use GLS with cost of 7,50€ to any European destination. The delivery time vary from 3 to 9 working days, depending on the destination.
Upon receipt of the order placed through our store, the customer has a period of 15 calendar days to return with the following limitations: Returns of items will be admitted in perfect condition, in the original packaging and not having been used by customer. Products affected by technical failure or defect will be subject to the guarantee scheme.
All returns are subject to the following rules:
- The buyer must contact the customer service center through the phone number (+34) 958 100 101 or by email through firstname.lastname@example.org, and apply for the returning the product. Non authorized by seller returns will not be accepted.
- The goods will be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging and properly protected. The client can send the product by the means of transport of their choice, including the post service. The client can also request the seller to collect the goods. In this case, the seller will charge the client with the shipping cost. The customer is responsible for the payment of all costs of return.
- Along with the goods returned, the customer will include an account number in which the seller will make the payment of the goods returned. Once verified the state of the same, and discounted shipping, the seller will proceed to the refund of the product price in a maximum of 48 hours.
Returns accepted by Tiendas Agatha as a result of a shipping error not attributable to the client, will be paid by the seller, including the costs of shipping and collection of merchandise erroneous.
All prices are updated through an automated process in which errors may. Tiendas Agatha has the right to cancel and full refund an order if an error of this kind happens.
All displayed products enjoy the warranty period established by the manufacturer / brand owner. The manufacturer is responsible for ensuring support them. Following cases suppose the product excluded from warranty claims:
- Loss of the warranty card.
- Breakage or tampering of seals guarantee.
- Products subjected to repairs maintenance, adjustment, revision or cleaning.
- Material damaged without proper packaging and/or transport damage.
- Improper use of accessories.
- Lower life cycle than warranty period established.
All products displayed as an offer, are valid for an indefinite period while supplies last, except when in the product description there is a deadline of validity.
